To introduce the the Run4 and Strong Pilates partnership, Strong Pilates will offer two exclusive sessions on the 31st of July, so that runners can experience this space that has been conquering Auckland.
What will be the training model?
- 11:30am Pilates session with Strong Pilates + 2km Cool down Run with the Run4auckland crew.
- 12:30pm Pilates session with Strong Pilates + 2km Cool down Run with the Run4auckland crew.
In addition, we will have a coffee table offered by our friends from Flight Coffee , hydration with SOS Hydration NZ, and cookies from Bad Baker.
How will it work?
